Come learn about Valley General’s Health and Healing Philosophy

Monroe, WA –Unique to Valley General Hospital is the Health and Healing philosophy in which we operate. The purpose statement reads, “Valley General Hospital is committed to providing an environment of healing for our patients, visitors, staff and physicians. Our efforts to reduce stressors and enhance positive effect will have a healing impact on all who experience it and will differentiate VGH in the health care market.”

Come learn more about the Valley General Health and Healing philosophy. Please join the Valley General Hospital Health and Healing Committee for an Open House event on Wednesday, September 26 from 2 – 4 p.m. beginning in the hospital’s Main Lobby. The welcoming ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. with informational tours to follow throughout the duration of the event of the hospital facility provided by the Health and Healing Committee docents.

The tour will visit all completed Health and Healing programs throughout the hospital. Completed Health and Healing projects include training for all hospital employees, updates to the hospital chapel, the Healing Garden and other facility enhancements. Refreshments will also be served and raffle prizes given away.
