Hospital’s Foundation Campaign Goes Public

Monroe, WA –The Valley General Hospital Foundation’s mission is to fund programs and equipment for Valley General Hospital that may go unfunded without their support.

In 2005 the VGH Foundation committed to raise $120,000 to fund the purchase of bedside monitoring equipment for the VGH Emergency Department because when it comes to emergency care, accurate, reliable cardiac monitoring is priceless.

Valley General physicians, employees, board members and commissioners have already had the opportunity to contribute to this campaign, and now the hope is that the community will contribute as well. The Foundation is now calling upon East Snohomish County community members to donate and help raise the still needed funds (approximately $53,000).
