VGH’s First Baby of the New Year

Monroe, WA – Brenda Rogers, Valley General Hospital Guild representative, presented the New Year Baby and his mother, Kira Holz of Sultan, with a wicker basket full of treats for the new mother and baby, including two handmade quilts. Other items donated by Valley General Hospital’s Guild included clothing and toys for the baby. Kira welcomed baby boy Makai William into the New Year on Wednesday, January 3 at 9:25 a.m. Makai weighed in at 8 lbs. 2 oz. and measured at 19 ½ inches long.
